DISC TO FEATURE NEARLINE STORAGE SOLUTIONS AT CeBIT
 

MILPITAS, Calif., (March 13, 2002) - DISC, Inc. (NASDAQ: DCSR), a manufacturer of automated solutions for enterprise storage, announced today that it is exhibiting its complete line of NearLine storage solutions in Hannover, Germany at CeBIT 2002, Hall 21, Stand D 52.

DISC will be showing the following solutions at its completely redesigned booth:

  • 4STOR, a CD-R/DVD-RAM based system, used for secondary storage & backup, Data Archiving, CD Duplication and CD/DVD library that can satisfy four storage requirements in one product
  • NSM3000 with DISCSTOR/naS, dependable, reliable NearLine storage solutions, that can be seamlessly integrated into LAN environments
  • NSM4000, a DVD-RAM library, with modular design architecture and Intelligent Pack Technology, allows you to grow your storage infinitely
  • NSM6000 with CapacityDoubler, utilizes the latest double-sided media, giving users up to 5.7 TB of storage in a small footprint
  • D Series, an entry-level solution for users who require the functionality of magneto-optical storage, but don't need the size of the Orion Series.
  • Orion Series, the modular enterprise level storage devices offering up to 10 TB of storage capacity with SAN and NAS connectivity options
  • Ricoh eCabinet, an intelligent electronic filling cabinet used for secure document imaging and archival. Using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) auto indexing, creates a detailed index for end-user retrieval
